To calculate the payout in craps for any bet, convert the payout odds from a fraction to a decimal. Players should then multiply this decimal by the amount they want to wager to determine their potential payout. For instance, a bet on point 4 in craps has payout odds of 9:5. Converted to decimal form, this is 1.8. The payouts are in reverse of the Pass Line Odds payouts, and again there is no house edge. For example, you bet on 'Don't Pass' and 9 is thrown. You then take a 'Don't Pass Odds' bet on the 9 e.g. If 7 comes up before the 9, you win 2/3 x 10 = $6.67 plus you get your stake back, so the total payout = $16.67. Requirements for Payouts: The number 2 (snake eyes) needs to be rolled twice for a $40 payout for each $1 bet. The number 3 needs to be rolled three times for a $50 payout for each $1 bet. The number 4 needs to be rolled four times for a $65 payout for each $1 bet. The number 5 needs to be rolled five times for a $80 payout for each$1 bet. Edit: as for forumulae, payouts for place bets are 7 to 6 on six and eight, 7 to 5 on five and nine, and 9 to 5 on four and ten. Payouts for pass/come odds bets are 6 to 5 on six and eight, 3 to 2 on five and nine, and 2 to 1 on four and ten. Invert those for payouts on don't odds bets. Again, sorry if this is not what you were asking for.

BEST OF LUCK AT THE CASINOS!!!
When you walk into a casino, you can usually spot the craps tables by the raucous crowds gathered around them. Just in case you happen in at a quiet time, just look for the long, usually green, tables with at least four casino workers standing around them. Here's the rundown on what to expect.
The craps table is covered in felt that is printed with a diagram showing the spaces for the types of bets. There is a center section where Hardways and One Roll bets can be placed. The ends of the table each have sections for the Pass Line, Come, Place, Field, and other bets. The ends of the table are mirror images of each other.

Usually, the felt layout is green with white lettering, but sometimes casinos use other colors.
