There are two restaurants in the Rendezvous Southend Casino: Elements (open Monday-Saturday 7pm-11:30pm and Sunday 1pm -11:30pm) and the Strip Bistro (open daily from 12pm to 2am). Elements specialises in roasted meats and fish, whereas the Strip Bistro does pasta and pizza. Across the casino there are all kinds of different foods to choose from, and a lot of it is very good too. Prices are reasonable enough with a set three-course menu at Elements available for £30.

For drinking and entertainment, there’s the Fahrenheit – a modern, sleek bar with a generous cocktail menu. This is open from noon right up until 5am with bar food served from midday up until 1.30 in the morning. Singers, dancers and bands perform on the stage on a regular basis, offering some great entertainment right through the night.
